CUES members from KU Leuven and Erasmus University of Rotterdam will be participating in the Etmaal 2025 conference, organised by our partner KU Leuven, Department of Communication Science with several sessions related to communication about healthy and sustainable food.

Several sessions will focus on communication about healthy and sustainable food, a core area of the CUES project.

The topics that CUES team is going to address are:

➡️ Too good to waste. A photovoice and interview study into consumer perceptions of food waste and packaging

➡️Mind matters: A systematic review of how psychological factors affect sustainable food choices

➡️Navigating anti-vegan perspectives for persuasive communication in sustainable food transitions

➡️Tide of change: A dive into consumers’ attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors toward plant-based fish and seafood alternatives
